We only collect the data you choose to send us through the contact form:

  • Type of request
  • Your message

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics beyond what is strictly necessary. Your chosen language is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) for your convenience; it is not personal data and is never sent to us.

How the contact form works

The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards submissions to our e-mail inbox. When you submit the form, the data you entered is transmitted to Web3Forms solely for the purpose of delivering it to us. Web3Forms acts as a processor on our behalf.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to respond to your enquiries and to prepare quotes or proposals. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you and taking pre-contractual steps at your request. By ticking the consent checkbox in the form, you also give your consent to this processing.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Once it is no longer required, the data is deleted.

Your rights under the GDPR

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Have inaccurate data rectified
  • Have your data erased
  • Restrict processing
  • Object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů)
